Niigata University

Niigata University is a national university in Niigata, Japan, founded in 1949. The university comprises nine faculties (Humanities, Education and Human Sciences, Law, Economics, Science, Medicine (consisting of a School of Medicine and a School of Health Sciences), Dentistry, Engineering and Agriculture) and seven Graduate Schools (Humanities, Medical and Dental Sciences, Education, Modern Society and Culture, Law, Science and Technology, and Economics). The Faculty of Humanities, the Faculty of Medicine School of Medicine, the Faculty of Medicine School of Health Sciences and the Graduate School of Humanities are Japanese only. Every other faculty and graduate school is bilingual.
