Nicholas Eliot, 9Th Earl Of St Germans

Nicholas Richard Michael Eliot, 9th Earl of St Germans was born January 26 1914 to Montague Charles Eliot, 8th Earl of St Germans and his wife Helen Agnes Post. Lord St Germans was educated at Eton College and became a Captain in the Duke of Cornwall's Light Infantry, attached to the Royal Armoured Corps. He was a Privy Counsellor, JP, DL and sometime MP for South Huntingdonshire On September 16 1960, he succeeded his father to become the 9th Earl of St Germans. Lord St Germans married three times:
  1. On April 25 1939 divorced 1947, to Helen Mary Villers (c.1918 - December 6 1951) with children:
    1. Peregrine Nicholas Eliot (January 2 1941 - )
    2. Frances Helen Mary Eliot (March 6 1943 - )
  2. On May 27 1948 divorced 1959, to Margaret Eleanor Wyndham, with no issue
  3. In 1965, to Mary Bridget Thomas, with no issue.
Lord St Germans died in 1988, and his titles passed to his son, Peregrine Nicholas Eliot Saint Germans, Nicholas Richard Michael Eliot, 9th Earl of Saint Germans, Nicholas Richard Michael Eliot, 9th Earl of Saint Germans, Nicholas Richard Michael Eliot, 9th Earl of
