Nicanor Duarte Frutos

Nicanor Duarte Frutos (born October 11, 1956) is the President of Paraguay. He is from the dominant Colorado Party and won the presidential election of April 2003. He is considered to be a populist and was an education minister in the 1990s. Before he entered politics he was a journalist.
