National Republican Movement

The National Republican Movement (Mouvement National Rpublicain or MNR) is a French right-wing political party, created by Bruno Mgret as a split from Jean-Marie Le Pen's National Front. The MNR is widely considered to be a far-right party, even if it denies this. It considers itself classical liberal and nationalist. Its political proposals are: During the 2004 campaign for the regional elections, the MNR campaigned under the "No to islamization" slogan.
