Natalya NazarovaNatalya Nazarova (born: May 24, 1979 in Moscow, Russia.) is a sprint athlete. With a personal best time of 49.65 seconds run a fortnight before the start of the 2004 Summer Olympics in Athens, Greece, Natalya will be looking to take her first major outdoors individual medal after finishing fourth at the 2003 World Championships. She will also be a member of the highly fancied 4 x 400 m. relay team giving her another major medal chance. On January 8, 2004 Natalya broke the sixteen year old indoor world record for the rarely run 500 m. in a time of 1:07.36. that had been set by Olga Nazarova (no relation). Major achievements - 1998
