Nailsea

Nailsea is a town in North Somerset, England, about 13 km to the southwest of Bristol. It was once known for glass manufacturing, with a famous glassworks founded by John Robert Lucas in the 19th century, eventually becoming the fourth largest glassworks in the country. The site of the glassworks has been recently built upon by Tesco's supermarket. Other parts of the site are currently being cleared and developed ensuring that the remains of the old glassworks are preserved for the future.It is also the home to the Nailsea Moores. Some nearby towns are Portishead, Backwell, and Tickenham
