Nagashino Castle

Nagashino Castle (Japanese: 長篠城) is a castle in Mikawa province. Originally the home of the Suganuma family, Tokugawa Ieyasu took the castle in 1573. Tokugawa and Oda forces combined to defeat Takeda Katsuyoriin 1575 when besieged Nagashino Castle.
