N'Dea Davenport is an American singer best known for her role in the Brand New Heavies, a British funk and R&B band. She was born in Atlanta, Georgia but moved to London, England after joining the Brand New Heavies in 1990. In 1994 she departed from the Brand New Heavies to pursue a solo career.
