Murphys (Beer)

Murphys is a brewery based in Cork, Ireland and has a history tracing back to 1856. In 2002 their most famous and well-known beer, Murphys Irish Stout, won the gold medal at the International Beer Olympics competition in Brighton, United Kingdom. The brewers describe Murphys Irish Stout as "smooth and creamy, with a subtle bitterness" and it, like its main competitor Guinness, is a drink people either love or hate. Murphys also brew another beer called Murphys Irish Red.
