Monamory

Monamory (also monoamory) is a word occasionally used to denote the opposite of polyamory; namely, the desire to engage in only one romantic relationship at one time. The term monogamy is more frequently used for this purpose, although its meaning can be seen as more vague. There is no person primarily responsible for the word monamory; it has, rather, been coined on the spur of the moment by multiple people.
