Momir Bulatovic

Momir Bulatovic (born 1956) is a former President of Montenegro and Prime Minister of the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia. He was leader of the Socialist People's Party. He lost presidential elections in Montenegro in October 1997, and was appointed to be Prime Minister of the Yugoslavia by Slobodan Milosevic on May 18, 1998, to replace Radoje Kontic.
