Mnir Nurettin SelukMnir Nurettin Seluk (1900-1981) was a Turkish classical musician and tenor vocalist, one of the most revered names in Turkish music. as a youth, he studied in Hungary before returning to Turkey and becoming a musician. In 1927, he travelled to Paris for a musical education, then began working for the Istanbul Conservatory in 1953. He was the chief of the Conservatory for a total of sixteen years.
