Mizuno Nobumoto

Mizuno Nobumoto (? - 1576), Japanese shogun was the son of Mizuno Tadamasa and the brother of Mizuno Tadashige. He was lord of the Kariya Castle and a warlord. He switched his allegiance from the Imagawa family to Oda Nobuhide and was killed by Tokugawa Ieyasu on orders from Oda Nobunaga. He is buried in the Mizuno family temple, Ryogon-ji, a Zen Buddhist monastery established in 1413, in Kariya, Japan. Nobumoto, Mizuno
