Minneapolis (Nfl)

Minneapolis had two teams in the early National Football League. The Marines played from 1921-1924 and the Red Jackets from 1929-1930. The two teams may have been the same franchise that was just inactive for 5 seasons. The team played at least some of its games at Nicollet Park.
