Miniclip or Miniclip.com is a web site which hosts Internet games, based in the UK. Most games are authored in Macromedia Flash or Shockwave. Most of the games are free, and some are available for download. They become popular, and maintain popularity through viral marketing of games produced for them. They have been in the top 500 most visited sites on the web for over two years according to Alexa. Their popularity originally arose from a game called Dancing Bush. Miniclip currently offers over 200 games for free and has recently started to offer cash enabled skill games where you can bet against other players and if you win - you take the money.
