Mike MontgomeryMike Montgomery (born February 271947 in Long Beach, California) is currently the coach of the Golden State Warriors in the NBA. He was also the men's basketball coach of the Stanford Cardinal from 1986 to 2002 and at the University of Montana for eight seasons prior to coaching at Stanford. College coaching career He is the winningest basketball coach at Stanford with a career record of 339-156 (68.5 winning percentage). Under his leadership, the Cardinal played in the post-season in 14 out of 16 seasons and reached the NCAA tournament eight straight times.
