Michael Thomas Hancock (born 9 April 1946) is a politician in the United Kingdom. He is Liberal Democrat member of Parliament for Portsmouth South. He first won this seat in a by-election in 1984 as a member of the Social Democratic Party, lost it in 1987, and was re-elected in 1997.
