Michael Fagan

Michael Fagan is credited with being the inventor of formal software inspections. For this reason, software inspections are also known as Fagan Inspections. Fagan developed this technique whilst working for IBM Kingston NY Laboratories.
Another Michael Fagan was the intruder who managed to get into the bedroom of Queen Elizabeth II in a major breach of security in 1982.
