Metapneumovirus

Turkey rhinotracheitis virus Metapneumovirus is a recently discovered negative single-stranded RNA virus of the family Paramyxoviridae. It may be the second most common cause (after the respiratory syncytial virus) of lower respiratory infection in young children.
