Meret

In Egyptian mythology, Meret (or Mert) was a goddess of singing, dancing, play and rejoicing. Stories tell that Meret stood for the eighth hour of the night. On Meret's head was usually seen a lotus flower, and she often had an offering bowl in her hands.
