Mark WahlbergMark Robert Michael Wahlberg (born June 5, 1971 in Dorchester, Massachusetts) is an American entertainer, and is now known primarily as an actor. He first came to fame as the younger brother of Donnie Wahlberg of the New Kids on the Block. After his brother's bubblegum pop group ended, Mark began recording as Marky Mark & the Funky Bunch, earning hits with "Good Vibrations" and "Wild Side" from Music for the People. His second LP, You Gotta Believe, was a relative failure. He was seen most prominently in a series of underwear ads from Calvin Klein, and would drop his pants as part of musical show. He then began an acting career, earning positive reviews. He is currently producing the series Entourage on HBO which is loosely based on incidents from his own life. Mark has admitted to having been a drug user. When he was around 15, he injured a Vietnamese man and briefly went to jail. Mark denies that the crime was racially motivated. Interesting facts Modelling photos on his website show that he has a third nipple below his left breast. He has claimed to have had a reservation to fly from his hometown of Boston back to Los Angeles on September 11, 2001, on either United Airlines Flight 175 or American Airlines Flight 11.
