Mark Divo

Mark Divo is an artist living in Zurich. In 1995 he organised an international festival of underground art in Escherwyssplatz for which he received considerable critical acclaim. The work was given the name "post Industrial Baroque" by critics. In the winter of 2002, he led a group of artists to occupy the original Cabaret Voltaire building in Zurich. In the summer of 2002 he won the Swiss national Art Prize. In 2003 he organised a festival of international art in the Sihlpapierfabrik.
