Mansueto Velasco

Mansueto "Onyok" Velasco is a boxer from the Philippines. He competed in the 1996 Atlanta Olympics and took home the silver medal in the Men's 48 kg (light-flyweight) category. He is the brother of Roel Velasco who won the Olympic bronze in 1992 also for the light-flyweight class. Velasco, Mansueto
