Manheim is located at 40°9'45" North, 76°23'47" West (40.162564, -76.396466). According to the United States Census Bureau, the borough has a total area of 3.6 km² (1.4 mi²). 3.6 km² (1.4 mi²) of it is land and none of the area is covered with water.
