Majead Ansari

Hojjat ol-Eslam Majead Ansari (حجت‌الاسلام مجید انصاری; born in Zarand, Kerman province), also spelled Majid Ansari is an Iranian politician and cleric. He has been the Iranian Vice President for Legal and Parliamentary Affairs since October 12, 2004. Ansari is also a representative to the Iranian Assembly of Experts and a member of the Expediency Discernment Council. Politically, he is a member of the Central Council of Militant Clerics Society (Majma'e Rowhaniyoon-e Mobarez). Previously, he has been a representative of Tehran in the Majlis of Iran until 2004.
