M113 (Star Trek)The planet M113 is a world in the fictional Star Trek universe. M113 is the 4th planet in the Gamma Zeta system. It is a Class M terrestrial planet with one moon. The planet was visited in the episode, The Man Trap The planet is also called Fotialla by the native creatures that once lived on it, but are now extinct. It is also Crater's World, named after the scientist Dr. Bob Crater and his wife Nancy Crater. The two lived alone on the planet conducting research, and every year the Federation visits them to conduct routine medical evaluations and give them supplies. When the Enterprise, under the command of Captain James T. Kirk, visits the world, they find that Dr. Crater's wife isn't what she seems. See also: The Man Trap and M113 Creature.
