Lyons Of Antigua

The family of Lyons has long been associated with the Island of Antigua, from as early as the late 1600's, shortly after the settlement of the island. It was John Lyons (1760-1816) who returned to England with his wife, Catherine (ne Walrond) and had a quite substantially sized family, namely:

  Caroline Lyons        1800-1879 
  Humphrey Lyons        1802-1873 
  Charles Bethel Lyons  1803-1865 
John married secondly, Elizabeth Williams and had the following children:
  Samuel Athill Lyons   1805-1881 
  Frances Walrond Lyons 1806-1884 
Edward Robbins Lyons 1809-1849
