Louviers

Louviers is a French town in upper Normandy in the Eure dpartement. It has about 19,000 inhabitants. Louviers is 100 km from Paris and 30 km from Rouen, and is at longitude 1.166/1 09' 59" E and latitude 49.215/49 12' 58" N.
