The longwave transmitter Junglinster is a longwave broadcasting facility of RTL near Junglinster, Luxemburg, which went into service in 1932. It uses as aerial three free-standing steel-framwork towers, which are ground fed radiators. These towers built a directional aerial for the frequency 234 kHz and were until 1980 250 metres high. Since 1980 their height is 215 metres. The longwave transmitter Junglinster is since the inaugauration of the longwave transmitter Beidweiler only a spare transmitter.
