Lola Graham

Lola Glenn Graham was born in Melbourne, Australia on September 23, 1918. She first came to public attention after winning a musical competition at age six by playing the piano. In 1930 she was employed by Melbourne radio station 3?? and continued to work in radio for most of her life. She also worked extensively in live musical theatre as a band member and accompanist. Her repertoire included working with such artists as Barry Humphries. She married Fred Menhennitt on 23 February, 1957 and had two sons. She died on January 2, 1992 after a long battle with cancer.
