Lockjaw

Technically known as trismus (Greek τρισμος, trismos, "a grinding"), lockjaw is a pathological condition in which the mouth is locked shut by contractions of the jaw muscles. It is commonly caused by tetanus.
Eddie "Lockjaw" Davis was a jazz saxophonist (d. 1986).
Locust Valley Lockjaw is an upper class American accent.
