Ljupco Jordanovski

Ljupco Jordanovski (born February 13, 1953) was the acting president of the Republic of Macedonia from February 26, 2004, to May 12, 2004. He is a member of the SDSM party. As the speaker of parliament, according to Macedonia's constitution he is the successor to the president in the event of the president's inability to serve. Accordingly, when President Boris Trajkovski was killed in a plane crash on February 26, 2004, Jordanovski was sworn in as president.
