Lichtenberg (Crater)Lichtenberg is an isolated lunar crater located in the western part of the Oceanus Procellarum. It is a circular, sharp-edged crater with a bowl-shaped interior and an irregular floor. There is a slight outward protrusion of the rim along the western side. The nearest crater of note is Briggs crater to the south. The Lichtenberg crater is a relatively young formation with a small system of rays.
