Lenina Crowne

Lenina Crowne is the most desirable woman in the Aldous Huxley novel Brave New World; being routinely described as "pneumatic" (i.e., having an ample chest). Having slept with most every Alpha in the area, Crowne is questioned at one point, for her extended relationship to Henry Foster. As to her caste, Huxley contradicts himself. From her physical attractiveness, as well as her being taller than Bernard Marx, she is probably an Alpha. However, in Chapter 3, confusingly, there is a passage where all her clothes are described as being green (like those of "leaf-green Gamma girls"). She accompanies Bernard Marx to the Savage Reservation, and develops an odd, mutual attraction to John. She is good friends with Fanny Crowne, who is of no relation, despite having the same, assigned last name.
