Larkhall

Larkhall is a town in South Lanarkshire, Scotland. The town has a population of around 16000 and is most famous for its reputation as a Protestant town. The town regularly hosts Orange walks which celebrate the Protestant tradition. However, the town is also home to a sizeable Catholic community. Larkhall is home to snooker player and runner-up to the Embassy World Championship 2004, Graeme Dott. Some towns nearby are Ashgill, Netherburn, Wishaw, Motherwell and Hamilton.
