Kujo Yoritsugu

Kujo Yoritsugu (九条 頼嗣 Kujō Yoritsugu, December 17, 1239October 14, 1256, r. 12441252) was the fifth shogun of the Kamakura shogunate of Japan. His father was former shogun Kujo Yoritsune. He was installed as the shogun by Hojo Tokiyori at the age of six because his father became too strong to be a puppet of the Hojo clan.
