Krakw Uprising

The Krakw Uprising of February 1846 was an attempt to incite an all-Polish fight for home-rule but was in fact limited only to the Free City of Krakw. The uprising, led by Edward Dembowski, was quickly suppressed by the Austrian army, and followed by Krakw's incorporation into the Austrian Empire as Grand Duchy of Krakw.
