Switzerland
and connects
Grindelwald
with
Lauterbrunnen
. On the Kleine Scheidegg are
hotels
, as well as station of the two
rack railways
Wengernalpbahn
(since
1893
) and
Jungfraubahn
(since
1896
). The Wengernalpbahn leads the Jungfraubahn from Lauterbrunnen,
Wengen
and passes across the Kleine Scheidegg after Grindelwald, the peaks include by Eiger and
Mnch
up to the
Jungfraujoch
. In winter, the Kleine Scheidegg is the center of the
ski area
around Grindelwald and Wengen.
