KitfoxFlown in 1984, the first Kitfox design was a two-seat STOL aircraft similar in concept to the famous Piper J-3 Cub. The original Model 1 has since evolved, with the latest design being the Series 7. Kitfox aircraft have been developed in two directions: some models are bulked up to achieve higher performance, and others slimmed down to meet the new Sport Pilot classification.
