Synopsis

Captain James Embry finds himself stranded in the desert with nothing but the wreckage of his plane and the mystery of what happened to his crew, all of whom have disappeared. After collapsing in the sand, it is revealed that Embry was hallucinating the experience while in a hospital bed, but the nurse finds his shoes full of sand.

Based on the mysterious discovery of Lady Be Good.
First episode to feature the familiar Marius Constant Twilight Zone theme. Also the first to feature an on-camera Rod Serling narration at the beginning of the episode.
