Ken Lucas

Kenneth R. Lucas (born August 22 1933), is an American politician. Lucas, a Democrat, was a U.S. Representative from Kentucky's fourth congressional district from 1999 until 2005. He served for three terms and did not run in the 2004 election, which was won by a Republican in his district in a closely watched race.

Biography
