Kelvinbridge

Kelvinbridge is a bridge that crosses the River Kelvin in the city of Glasgow, Scotland. This section of the river used to be the boundary between Glasgow and Hillhead until the latter area was incorporated into the city. Some locals refer to the immediate area around the bridge as Kelvinbridge as well. Kelvinbridge underground station (part of the Glasgow Subway system) is located on Great Western Road (A82), on the south east side of the bridge, near to Glasgow Academy, a private fee-paying school which is located on the other side.
