Kaskad

Kaskad or casade was established within the Eight Chief Directorate of the KGB (the Guards Directorate) to possibly function as a SWAT team to assist the main guards in the performance of their duties. Its functions include: direct strike, hostage rescue, VVIP protection and escort. It is not known if this group still exists.
