Kartuzy County

Kartuzy County, whose capital is Kartuzy, is a county in the Pomeranian Voivodship of Poland.

History

inhabitants: 69.891 (1910) protestants: 15.030 catholics: 54.589 In 1900 68.7 % of population declared Kashub language. In the elections for three counties Kartuzy County, Wejherowo County and Puck County in 1907 65.5% of votes were for Polish parties; in 1912 64.5%.
