K3b

left K3b is a CD/DVD burning application for GNU/Linux and other Unix-like operating systems designed for KDE. It provides a graphical user interface to perform most CD/DVD burning tasks like creating an Audio CD from a set of audio files or copying a CD. The program has many default settings which can be customized by more experienced users. The actual burning in K3b is done by the command line utilities cdrecord, cdrdao, and growisofs. K3b requires an external program called GNU VCDImager to prepare video discs (VCD and DVD), and the videos must already be in the correct format.
