Julianne Moore

Julianne Moore (born Julie Anne Smith on December 3, 1960 in Fayetteville, North Carolina) is an American actress who first came to fame playing the Daytime Emmy Award-winning roles of Frannie and Sabrina Hughes on the soap opera As the World Turns. She played the twins from 1985 to 1988. She has been married three times: Bart Freundlich (August 23, 2003 - present) 2 children (son: Cal, born December 4, 1997, daughter: Liv Helen, born April 11, 2002); John Gould Rubin (May 3, 1986 - August 25, 1995) (divorced); Sundar Chakravarthy (November 21, 1983 - October 12, 1985) (divorced) However, most know her today as a film actress. She was nominated for two Academy Awards in 2003: for Best Actress (Far From Heaven) and for Best Supporting Actress (The Hours). She was also nominated for a Golden Globe Award and a SAG award for her performances in Far From Heaven in 2003. She was nominated for an Academy Award for Best Actress in 1999 for The End of the Affair and was nominated for a Best Supporting Actress Academy Award in 1997 for Boogie Nights.
