Julia Quinn

Julia Quinn (born 1969) is the penname of American historical romance author Julia Pottinger, who says she chose that name so her Regency romances would be on bookshelves next to those of the successful romance writer Amanda Quick. A Harvard graduate who dropped out of Yale medical school, Quinn considers herself a feminist and gives her heroines qualities that other feminists would approve of.
