History 1977 Juicy Juice was first developed by Fruitcrest Corporation and launched in New York. 1984 Juicy Juice was purchased by Libby, McNeil, and Libby (a wholly-owned subsidiary of Nestle). 1986 Nestle took over and reformulated, repackaged and re-launched Juicy Juice in Boston, Rochester, New York, Baltimore, Charlotte, Atlanta, Tampa, Chicago, and Cleveland. 1988 Juicy Juice expanded distribution base to Minneapolis, Seattle, San Francisco, Spokane, Sacramento, and Portland. 1989 Juicy Juice began its first network television and print advertising campaigns. 1990 Juicy Juice 46oz glass container was introduced in a variety of flavors. Distribution of 8.45oz 3-pack and 46oz can was expanded. 1996 Juicy Juice became a sponsor of the three time Emmy award winning PBS Arthur series for children. 2003 Juicy Juice introduced two new flavors, Mango and Peach in 46 oz. plastic bottles and 46 oz. cans to expand flavor offerings.
