Joseph Paul-boncour

Joseph Paul-Boncour (August 4, 1873 at Saint-Aignan, France - March 28, 1972 at Paris) was a French politician of the Third Republic. He served also as Permanent Delegate to the League of Nations from 1932 to 1936.
