Managed by General Growth Properties, it is one of the largest shopping malls in the state of Iowa. The mall has 125 retailers and is comprised of three districts: - The Shopping District is a two level enclosed shopping center anchored by Younkers, Dillard's, and Scheels All Sports. - The Village District has an open air design which features large and specialty retailers. Bed Bath & Beyond, Best Buy, Costco, Old Navy, and PETCO are among the stores in that district.
